- 2 eggs
- Salt and Pepper,to taste
- 1/4 cup grated chees
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl.Add salt and pepper,then whisk well.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour the eggs into the pan.Tilt to spread evenly.
